So a while back I illustrated a wonderful short story that lived inside another story... (Russian doll style) by the author Mark Bowsher for his Pre-teen novel The Boy Who Stole Time. I created a rather lovely blog post out of it.
I was inspired and wondered if perhaps I could do something similar with my book Sour Fruit. As well as Onion's main struggle to survive she tells three stories about the city, (Kingston) and the people trapped inside it. This is what I came up with...
I rather love the 1st image the best... but I think all three have a certain charm, I'd love to know what you think? Hit me up on the old Instagram, I lurk in the corners sometimes. :)
